Abundant Life Christian School - Parent Teacher Fellowship

The PTF is asking for volunteers to come and celebrate a staff on their birthday. They are simply looking for a family to sponsor an ALCS staff member by making a homemade card or cupcake or purchasing a small gift (under $5) to be delivered on or close to their birthday.

The mission of the ALCS PTF is to serve our teachers, staff and students by engaging in volunteer service to our school community.
Every ALCS parent is automatically a member of the ALCS PTF. We also strive to create opportunities for fellowship with our families.
It is our objective to accomplish this mission by focusing on the following:

Supporting ALCS staff and parents in equipping students to fulfill God’s total purpose in their lives

Raising money to support the following:

	Scholarships for ALCS graduating seniors
	Trip to Washington, D.C. for one of our 5th grade safety program participants
	Staff Appreciation
	Staff Birthday Recognition
	Christmas and end of year appreciation dinners

Coordinating Fund Raisers:
Cookie & Craft Sale (by far the #1 PTF fundraiser)

Engaging in fellowship activities:

	New Family Welcome Activities
	Ice Cream Socials
	Donut & Coffee Mornings
	Family Fun Movie Events

PTF Board Membership
Parents are welcome to join the PTF Board. We meet once per month for an hour and a half to discuss upcoming events

and plan fellowship activities, and coordinate volunteer opportunities. PTF Board membership is generally a

three year commitment, but it is not mandatory. We will take anyone who is willing to serve!
